On August 9, Advice Chaser will host a webinar titled, “Neurodiversity and Friendship.” Neurodiversity is the concept that not all brains are the same: some have ADHD, some are autistic, some have developmental disabilities, and some are considered typical. These differences can present a challenge when finding friends, as not everyone approaches friendship the same way. This webinar will address neurodivergent ways of relating to friends, overcoming challenges, how to meet friends, using special interests to connect with others, and more. Caroline Turner, social worker and founder of QuirkyBud, an initiative to connect like-minded neurodiverse individuals with possible friends, and Eddie Wongwai will present.
